With the objective of strengthening their global presence and better serving the dietary supplement and food markets, Lallemand Health Ingredients (LHI), Copenhagen, Denmark, and Lal’Food have merged.

In the new organization, Nicolai Jensen continues as general manager of the reinforced Lallemand Health Ingredients entity, and Bruno Delattre is the newly appointed marketing manager and has taken additional responsibilities on the Food markets.

The three ranges of the company’s portfolio, herbals, probiotics and mineral & vitamins enriched yeasts are supported by specialized technical and marketing managers.

The new Lallemand Health Ingredients entity is dedicated to provide premium health ingredients to the dietary food supplements and food markets worldwide. Its product portfolio consists of three ranges of ingredients:

Herbals, in particular clinically-supported whole cranberry powder as well as a whole range of premium cranberry ingredients and other natural antioxidants sourced from trusted manufacturers.

Minerals and vitamins enriched yeasts and other healthy yeasts derivatives, including the Lalmin range of bioavailable essential minerals.

Probiotic species and blends, including Rosell probiotic bacteria strains and LAFTI documented strains recently acquired from DSM Food Specialties (available for dietary supplements and food applications except dairies).
